The proposed date for Neighbourhood Watch training is August 26, 2013, please return the application forms to us, by August 19,2013. I would like to stress the importance of training - it is essential to be trained (to know what to do and who to speak to), even if one knows that he/ she is not going to do patrolling at night!

More info on Friday meeting

Dear Victoria Park 3rd Phase residents, 

By now You should have received received the invitation to the meeting on Friday. Quite a few of You already have agreed to join the meeting, which is great news!!!

We will start with introductions, then me and Neil, will use an opportunity to introduce You to the business that we have started recently. Our mentors will be here to help us. And we will finnish off with a talk about Neighborhood Watch. As we predict this to be a longer topic, we left it last.

Please note there will be no catering in the meeting.

Introduction

As one of the goals is to meet one another and learn more about our neighbors, we will do a quick introductions.

The information I have in mind would include:

1. Name, Surname;
2. Address;
3. Occupation.

This information will be for the people in the meeting and will not be published online. 

However, if you have Your own business or have special skills, please do tell!  We do plan to add a list of skills that we have in Victoria Park and I'm sure it would be nice to know that there is an accountant living right down the road, if You are looking for one:)

All information you will give is optional, You don't have to tell, if you are not comfortable with that.
