− Mr John Kleyn informs about NHW as legal body, organizational structure
− Somerset West has 25 areas, Only 3 patrol vehicles
− Select board members
− Operations Manger meets at SAPS on Thursday 15h00 - 17h00
− Radio's to be purchased, Will be linked to SAPS
− To register to NHW : Citizen of area, No crime record
− Report Problems to COC - Dirty Areas, Graffiti, Broken Street Lights etc
− Bin scratcher solution : Create a profile for each

− Whatsapp Group - To join SMS number to Tarren Addams
− Whatsapp Group to be split in areas.
− Many residents not aware of NHW - Flyers to be distributed
− Facebook page created : Victoria Park Neighbourhood Watch

− Peak Hours : 09h00 - 14h00
− Roster to be setup
− To be split up in Phase 1, 2 & 3
− Avoid violence and racism on patrols
