1.Member registry: use existing list and update. + who is on whatsapp, fb, email.
2. Patrol schedule and Incident registrar (Fb) to keep record
3. Jackets and funding - fundriser options?
4. Problem areas: open field on Paardevlei side, broken boundry wall on Victoria side, wall on Lourentia park side, no wall on Folkstone crescent, suspected drug house.
5. Possible solutions/ steps
